Pasta agaaaain?!
Okay okay I admit I'm a huuuuge pasta lover.
I promise I'll post something else next time
that isn't made of flour and water.
This is the pasta that I bought the other day in Olivers & Co.
There's the spinach flavour, tomato flavour and the usual one.
So I thought I'd make it with a cheese sauce.
Here's the recipe:
Melt some butter in a casserole and add a few tablespoons of flour.
Stir well with a whisk for about a minute (you want to get rid of the flour taste).
Add milk bit by bit to the mixture until you feel like it's consistency is thick enough.
Add the emmental cheese and stir until everything is homogeneous (do you like that word? Homogeneous? I know I do... Homogeneous=}).
Now fry the bits of pork in a separate pan and voila.
For you vegeterians out there.
You can leave the pork out and replace it by cauliflower.
This is what I prefer. But my boyfriend really likes pork.
Anyway, Bon appetit!
Love, Chelle
Hello darjeelings!
Found some great books today at Urban Outfitters. A great place for not only clothes,
but some interesting books as well. I really like the Lonely Planet's Best ever travel tips.
Lonely planet is one of my favorite travel guides and this little pocketsize book comes in real handy. I read the book in one go! I also went to my favorite little mediterranean shop Olivers & Co. Bought my favorite pasta and panettone,
because I've always wanted to try some.
The friendly lady gave the pannettone for free! So sweet.
It was soooo yummy. Especially if you eat it with some custard.
If you can find some or make some yourself, try it out!

Today I made pasta with chicken and green pesto.
It's a very easy recipe and great for you people who don't have much time.
Ingredients:
2-3 Chicken filets
250 grams of pasta
half an onion
100 grams of green pesto
20 grams of grated pecorino cheese or parmesan
olive oil
Preparation:
Boil a pot of water with some salt in it.
When the water has boiled, put in the pasta.
Meanwhile, heat a pan with olive oil.
Roughly chop the onions into rings and cut the chicken in thin slices.
Throw the chicken and onion in the hot pan
and season with pepper and salt.
Drain the pasta when al dente and add to the pan.
Drizzle some olive oil over the pasta and add the pesto.
Stir well and serve with a generous amount of cheese.
Buon Appetito!
